What You Actually Own In Life PT IIII

There is only 4 things you own in life.

Although we are told we own everything we buy, or have?
This isn't the case, because without sounding pessimistic things come and things go.

So after a week of speaking to many people, trying to push some positivity and to try to teach them to not care about people's opinions, when I say people I mean the none family and close friends kind of people.

Let's get to it.

1. You own your head, yes this allows you to believe the things you want and allows you to become the person you want to be and dreams you want to follow. People can influence you, but at the end of the day it's all on what you know, the great thing is you can learn and be in charge of what you want to know and what you don't.
2. Your heart, this allows you to love, or hate what you want, and your heart can grow and you can learn to love more and more things, or choose to dislike things. You can choose to live with your heart on your sleeve or keep it all inside. But at the end of the day this allows you to be you.
3. Your fitness, I wish I could say health but we all know your health can change at a drop of a pin and unfortunately many fit people suffer with awful health problems. But you own this and can make yourself as fit as you want, you can train this and get better, or not train and get unfit. You have complete control over all aspects of your fitness. No matter what your fitness goals you can work towards them all.
4. And lastly your smile, this for me is huge, I smile and laugh as much as I can because life is too short to be sad and upset and so many people have it much worse then you. Your smile can be a representation of your life and how you feel but also a mask to hide how you feel.
I love my life and as long as I keep these 4 things under control life can be good. Jobs come and go and yes we need money, but we need happiness, we need to live our lives and not regret by holding back.

Stay young at heart, keep switched on, stay fit and keep smiling.
